Copies of these minutes were sent to the Board for review and comment. At the February 4, 2008, Executive Session, the Board approved placing this item on the next Board agenda.

I move to approve releasing for public inspection the July through December 2007 Executive Session minutes, or portions thereof, that no longer require confidential treatment.
