Decision on Appeal - Dale, Inc.
History
On July 20, 2026, the Board of Trustees heard an appeal regarding the three-year suspension of Dale Inc. to be eligible to receive any purchase order, contract or other agreement with the Village of Orland Park, issued by Village Manager George Koczwara on April 17, 2026, as corrected May 26, 2026.
The Board deliberated and came to a decision as set forth in the attached Decision on Appeal.
The Board now needs to approve and adopt the substance of the written Order.

I move to approve the Written Decision on Dale, Inc. business revocation.
