ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX B TO ORDINANCE NO. 6079 - FIRST AMENDMENT RELATED TO PART-TIME HOURLY RATES FOR NON-REPRESENTED VILLAGE EMPLOYEES

WHEREAS, on December 1, 2025, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, adopted Ordinance No. 6079 entitled:
“AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CERTAIN ANNUAL, DAILY OR HOURLY PAY RATES AND PAY RANGES AND THE SALARY ADMINISTRATION SCHEDULE FOR THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES FOR FY2026”; and
WHEREAS, the ranges of hourly rates for non-represented Village employees, as reflected in Appendix B to Ordinance No. 6079 now require revision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, that the ranges of hourly rates for non-represented Village employees are hereby established as reflected on the amended Appendix B of this Ordinance and all other provisions of Ordinance No. 6079 are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force of effect.
