Amending Ordinance No. 5996 (Right-of-Way Vacation: 142nd Street & Crescent Park Circle)
History
On April 21, 2025, the Village Board of Trustees approved a Plat of Vacation vacating parts of the Right-of-Way (142nd Street and Crescent Park Circle), and the document was recorded with Cook County Clerk's office. It was subsequently determined that the legal description in the Ordinance has a few differences from the legal description contained in the Plat of Vacation referenced in the Ordinance. It has been determined that the legal description contained in the Plat of Vacation is the correct legal description of the property being vacated by the Ordinance. The purpose of this ordinance is to correct the legal description contained in the Ordinance, so that it is consistent with the legal description in the said Plat of Vacation.
