Purpose
The petitioner seeks the approval of a special use permit to construct and maintain a three lot industrial/office planned development on lots 5, 6, and 7 of the Orland Park Business Center development. The proposed development includes the construction of a new 23,975 square foot light industrial/office building on the southern half of lot 5.
