I move to approve the Meet and Confer Agreement between the Village of Orland Park and Orland Park Deputy Chiefs and Commanders,

And,

Authorize the Village Manager to execute said Agreement, 

And,

I move to confirm the Village Manager’s amended terms to the previously approved appointment of Joseph Mitchell as Chief of Police for the Village of Orland Park.
