The Village is responsible for advance funding of land acquisition expenses related to the improvements at 159th Street and LaGrange Road.

 

The expenses to be paid at this time are as follows:

$  705.00                     Buford Law Office                                          OFZ0015, 0036 (Oil Experts; Petey's; Chermak)

$ 195.00                     Douglas G. Felder                                          OFZ0012 (Cooper Oil)

$  6,562.50                     Scott Verhey                                                               OFZ0001 (Central Credit Union)

 

These expenses will be reimbursed at project completion.

I move to approve payment of 159th Street and LaGrange Road invoices in the amount of $7,802.50.
