ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDICES A AND B TO ORDINANCE NO. 5963 - FIFTH AMENDMENT

WHEREAS, on December 2, 2024, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, adopted Ordinance No. 5963 entitled:
“AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CERTAIN ANNUAL OR HOURLY PAY RATES AND PAY RANGES AND THE SALARY ADMINISTRATION SCHEDULE FOR THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES FOR FY2025.”; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park have subsequently amended Ordinance No. 5963 on January 5, 2025, March 17, 2025, June 2, 2025, and June 16, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the ranges of annual or hourly rates for non-represented Village employees, as reflected in Appendix A and Appendix B to Ordinance No. 5963 now require revision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, that the ranges of annual or hourly rates for non-represented Village employees are hereby established as reflected on the amended Appendix A and Appendix B of this Ordinance and all other provisions of Ordinance No. 5963 and subsequent ordinances are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force of effect.
