Requested Actions: Approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision

 

A preliminary plat for Downtown Orland Park was approved by the Plan Commission on July 2, 2024 (Case No. 2024-0188). The final plat, Main Street Triangle - Phase 3, dated February 4, 2025, and prepared by SpaceCo Civil Engineering and Surveying, is now before the Board of Trustees for consideration along with a plat of vacation to be approved separately (Case No. 2025-0173).

 

Recommended Action/Motion

Regarding Case Number 2025-0170, also known as Downtown Orland Park Final Plat of Subdivision, I move to approve a Plat of Subdivision titled "Main Street Triangle Subdivision - Phase 3," subject to the final copy of the plat being printed on mylar and submitted to the Village with all non-Village related signatures ready for recording at the Cook County Recorder of Deeds office;

 

AND

 

I authorize staff to execute and record the plat.
