Recommended Action/Motion
I move to recommend to the Village Board to approve the recommendation to sustain and fortify existing enterprise systems, review existing vendor agreements for ongoing Implementations, and to form a Village Interdepartmental ERP Task Force to develop an integrated ERP strategy and approach.
