Dave Buwick, Village Director of Information Technology, developed a revised draft of the latest approved Technology Commission Bylaws for review and comment by members. Both the approved and draft versions of these bylaws are attached to this agenda item.
Discussion
Changes to the Commission Bylaws are required to be reviewed by legal counsel, leadership, and receive approval via ordinance from the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees are currently reviewing all Village commission bylaws to update and standardize.
