ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDICES A AND B TO ORDINANCE NO. 5609

WHEREAS, on December 21, 2021, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, adopted Ordinance No. 5571 entitled:
“AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CERTAIN ANNUAL OR HOURLY PAY RATES AND PAY RANGES AND THE SALARY ADMINISTRATION SCHEDULE FOR THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND PARK NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES”; and
WHEREAS, on April 19, 2021, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, adopted Ordinance No. 5609 entitled: “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDICES A AND B TO ORDINANCE 5571”, and
WHEREAS, the ranges of annual or hourly rates for non-represented Village employees, as reflected in Appendix A and Appendix B to Ordinance No. 5609 require revision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Orland Park, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois, that the ranges of annual or hourly rates for non-represented Village employees are hereby established as reflected on the amended Appendix A and Appendix B of this Ordinance and Ordinance No. 5609 is hereby amended accordingly, all other provisions of said Ordinance No. 5609 are hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force of effect.
